Hi, my name is Alannah! Josette is actually my middle name and not the name I go by. When I started my business I thought it was beautifully unique and always enjoyed how it sounds. I have always felt a deep calling to art even in times I wasn't painting, I always knew it would be apart of my life. I have ALWAYS loved painting faces! More than anything else! There is something about capturing that light in someone's eye or the smile on their face that makes my heart sing. I'm completely self-taught and have been painting and drawing from a very young age. Since I could pick up a pencil/ paintbrush to be honest! I'm so grateful for parents that encouraged me to pursue art, and fueled my excitement about business. So the two together just made sense!

THE WHY!
1. I love painting your special moments, I love seeing the joy they bring to you and your family, or the comfort they can give. My goal is always to bring peace and joy to those I paint for.
2. I so enjoy waking up spending each day doing what I love! It's such a big blessing and l'm so grateful for it!
3. This business has been a wonderful means of helping to provide for my family in a way of preparing for the little ones I hope to have. Cody (my husband) has been my biggest support from the start! The past three-four years of being an artist full time couldn't have happened without him. He is my biggest supporter and cheerleader!
