Custom Portraits Inquiry Form 

 For The Best Result:

• When choosing a photo select one with the highest resolution, quality, and with as good lighting as possible. I find this allows the best results and allows me to capture all the details. I emphasize “as possible” because sometimes, do to loss or other reasons, that isn’t always an option. In those cases, picking the best one and sending additional photos for reference of color or poses is very helpful in bringing your portrait to life. 

• If you have two loved ones who didn’t meet, or didn’t get to have a photo together, I can take two or more photos and combine them into a single painting.
• I offer high quality prints of custom orders! Please let me know if you would like to add prints on to your order. They can be added to the second half.

Payment:

• I charge half up front, when you officially place your order, and half upon completion of our portrait.
• The first half of your payment is non-refundable, and the second half is due before your portrait will be shipped and after you have approved the final payment.
• Shipping, if needed, is an additional cost and not part of the portrait price. Free pickup in the Salt Lake area is available.

Timing:

• Please see my “Sizing and Pricing” page for time estimates based on the size of the portrait. However, please note that each portrait is unique in its complexity and time required to complete.
• If you have a specific date, life event, or holiday you need your portrait completed by, please let me know.
• If you need your portrait completed faster than my general time estimates, please message me on Instagram. Depending on my current workload, I may be able to complete your painting faster for an additional fee.

Placing Your Order:

• To place your order, please fill out the Inquiry form above. I will get back to you at your preferred contact method and work out details with you directly. Once the details are all ironed out, I will send you an invoice breaking down all the costs and payment methods.
